My Reports












MY Energy  –  is your daily energy expenditure or calories burned.
Plotted over time, MY Energy shows you which days, activities and
routines give you the best results. A pie chart shows you the intensity
levels you are achieving from your workout or activity.






Accessible from My Dashboard, these reports will give you all
the data you need to see how you are progressing in three
areas; your goals, your energy expenditure and your heart
healthy minutes of activity.



MY Goals  –  displays a projection of how efficient your body
is becoming based on your present level of physical activity.
The more active you become, the more your health improves
and the closer you will get to reach your goals. plays a

MY Heart
  –  we recommend you complete at least 20
minutes of healthy heart activity each day. M2 determines
your heart health, without a heart rate belt, by measuring
the intensity of the activity it records. When using a heart
rate belt, M2 displays whether the current heart rate is in the
suggested range, in real time. Online, MY Heart results are
plotted over time and training zone. Find your ideal range
in one easy glance.
