Having a plan is the first step in achieving success and MY Body is all about planning; nutritional plans, fitness plans, and plans for your overall health and well-being are all included in this interactive component of a MYTRAK Health System membership.

Nutritionists, personal trainers and life coaches have all collaborated to combine their years of experience and knowledge into our exclusive software giving you plans which are tailored specifically for your needs and goals. The MYTRAK health coaches are also involved in group program management, webinars, and training on all aspects of the MYTRAK system.

As a health coach, they have access to a different dashboard which allows them to monitor your results in various categories such as heart health, calories burned, usage, and whether you are on pace to reaching your goals.

Fitness Plans:

If you would like to create your own home based fitness program, you can create a 2-week plan of prescribed exercises based on your goal(s), fitness assessment scores and an inventory of equipment you have available to you. There are multiple assessment options for detailed muscular strength testing, flexibility and cardio with hundreds of videos that will show exercises. Program prescription is based on test results you enter.

Calculators for body fat and strength will give you a snapshot of your current values to compare against for future testing. A Fitness journal presents the opportunity to record all exercises for tracking and refining program recommendations. Research clearly points to journals as an excellent way of adopting permanent habits. An array of industry research articles and tips fill out the Fitness planning experience.

Nutrition Plans:

In this section of our online health community you can set up a 2 week plan of meals based on your goal or your current health state. If you don’t like the selected foods, you can substitute them for another predefined food suggestion with a similar calorie count. Nutritional analysis of current food intake is included to address any nutrient deficiencies or find areas that you may be getting too much of i.e. salt. Symptoms that relate to each listed deficiency and suggested foods to remedy the deficiency are given.

Nutrition prescription considers diet limitations such as; no dairy, no pork and special population meals for diabetics, etc. to ensure that you are able to find a diet tailored to your personal needs. Recipes for the recommended meals are available along with a grocery list which can be produced and printed off based on a multi-day meal plan. Nutritional advice is always close at hand to guide you and various related articles and supplement recommendations can also be found in this section of the MYTRAK system.

Supplements:

Sometimes we don’t always get the right amount of vitamins and minerals from the foods we eat. That’s why we have included this section on supplements. Based on your goals for either fat loss or increasing lean muscle mass, recommendations for various supplements are given. The recommendations additionally take into account options for healthy eating, pregnancy or breastfeeding – your own basic biometrics can be pre-populated into this section. Articles detailing top supplements, disease states and nutrient RDA’s all support the supplement recommendations made by MYTRAK. The option to save the supplement plan, view and/or change it at a future date is always there.

Life Goal Setting:

Another component to the MYTRAK system allows you to create goals spanning other aspects of your life, then record, view and/or change them at a future date. You can create a plan by answering questions such as why the goal(s) are important to you, how you plan to achieve you goals and what obstacles you may anticipate along the way.

Research supports that this documenting approach to goal setting is an important step in following through on plans and ultimate success. A section on daily success habits to achieving goals further supports your efforts. Motivation articles, inspirational books and audios further round out the education component for this part of the planning software. Time tested Stress management techniques complete the experience of setting realistic goals with a plan.
