Through our established and highly successful weight stack enhancement technology called Success Coach, we have been able to guide and motivate millions of fitness club members at over 5,000 clubs worldwide on their road to health.

Our Success Coaching technology can be mounted to any weight stack equipment and transforms them into automated and intelligent strength training machines. Each Success Coach monitors and guides members through their workout, one exercise at a time, ensuring proper form and energy balance.

MYTRAK Success Coach determines ideal lifting weight, tracks range of motion, establishes the proper tempo, and continuously monitors member heart rate to determine the appropriate rest time between sets. Members work to their maximum efficiency and capacity resulting in the greatest benefit. Success Coach ensures every muscle is effectively conditioned; the body is properly balanced and the member is progressing towards their health and fitness goals.

Each Success Coach displays the ongoing results of a workout instantaneously in a series of red, yellow and green lights. Green indicates that members are following their program, receiving adequate cardiovascular benefit and their overall strength and fitness level is improving – motivating them to GO FOR GREEN. MYTRAK’s unique flag system ensures a safe and effective workout at all times.

Performance Index & How Success Coach Works

Following an initial ‘baseline’ workout, the member is assigned a unique Performance Index (PI) value ranging from 1 to 1,000. PI is MYTRAK’s proprietary method of reflecting results and targets – it simplifies complex physiological data across various fitness platforms into a single, easy to understand number. A PI of 1,000 represents the highest level of physical performance – indicative of a professional athlete.

Members wear a heart rate belt and are given a MYTRAK ID Tag which they scan at a Success Coach to immediately activate the system. The member's profile reflecting their unique body signature and defined goals is retrieved from the club’s database. During exercise, heart rate is monitored and compared to the target zone; physical effort is compared to the PI target established.

Each Success Coach constantly monitors and processes exercise exertion, time, velocity,
acceleration, load, power, energy and active heart rate with immediate feedback in a series of red, yellow and green lights - GO FOR GREEN!

At the completion of the exercise session, the results from every machine, from every workout, are transmitted back to both the club computer, and the MYTRAK on-line Community, updating the members Personal Health Profile. From the club’s kiosk or their own computer, members have access to detailed, personalized trend reports offering suggestions for improvement.
