A100 - Squat, Shoulder, Calf and Chest Station

Description
Conditioning all the major muscle groups, MEDLINE A100 allows a variety of compound exercises to be performed. Range-of-motion limiters allow users to easily control the point at which resistance begins. Users get the muscle-strengthening benefits of squats - with reduced pressure on the lumbar region - through the addition of a wide-base back-support and adjustable lumbar pad. These versatile features help make the squat and shoulder station a significant part of any facility.

B200 - Seated Chest and Triceps Station

Description
For complete conditioning of the anterior shoulder and pectoral muscle groups, MEDLINE B200 provides pressing in a seated position over a biomechanically defined arc of motion. From the seated position, users adjust their torso positions for correct body/machine alignment. Travel range indicator monitors changes in workload capacity. A pre-stretch lever allows ease of entry/exit as it also provides increased exercise range for intense conditioning.

C300 - Hi/Low Back Station

Description
The MEDLINE C300 combines compact design and ultra-smooth operation with great exercise versatility. The adjustable roller pads accommodate any leg length. Depending on the attachment, both front and rear exercises can be performed to isolate varying back regions. The MEDLINE C300 features a low pulley design that allows a full range of rowing with the flexibility to perform many other exercises.

D400 - Chest and Leg Station

Description
MEDLINE D400 features an angled back-support that places the user in the right position for isolation of the pectoral muscles. Further, the dual seat adjustment capacity ensures correct user/machine alignment. To prevent shoulder and chest-region overloading during arm crossovers, a unique pulley design automatically reduces the starting weight by 50% until both resistance arms are engaged. This design allows for instant transfer to lower body conditioning where a range-of-motion control, adjustable resistance arm and leg isolator ensure maximum muscle isolation of the hamstrings and quadriceps.

O700 - Leg Curl Station

Description
Unlike conventional designs, MEDLINE O700 reduces the tendency for hyperextension in the lower back. MEDLINE O700 grants the optimal angle for isolation of hamstrings. An adjustable resistance arm accommodates any leg length while preserving the correct alignment between machine and joint axis of rotation. A muscle-specific cam gives direct variable-resistance to provide maximal muscle strengthening throughout the entire range-of-motion.

P800 - Leg Press Station

Description
MEDLINE P800 helps condition the entire lower body with heavier loads needed for neuromuscular adaptations. Depending on exercise requirements, full or limited range of movement can be selected. Users can vary foot position to target specific muscle groups. The biomechanically-angled back-support affords an ideal arrangement for working calf regions while keeping the upper body stabilized.

Q900 - Multi-Exercise Cable Column

Description
Conditioning for all the major muscle groups can be accomplished through the use of this compact and space-efficient design. The pulley is adjustable in increments of 2", with 33 different starting positions. Users can define the exercise range appropriate for them and consequently, can increase training specificity. The 180-degree swivel action accommodates changes in the arc of movement throughout the exercise range. This ensures both smooth resistance application and maximum muscle isolation. An overhead extension can be added to increase exercise applications without the need for additional space.

T1000 - Rotary Torso

Description
Direct resistance for the obliques and deep spinal rotator muscle groups: MEDLINE T1000 supplies both in a safe and biomechanically correct pattern of movement. The adjustable seat lets users position the shoulder pads at an ideal level for torso isolation during rotation. Leg adductor pads eliminate lower body involvement. The easy-to-access range-of-motion control increases training specificity, allowing multi-directional resistance over 180 degrees. Range-of-motion can be easily set to a desired starting position and blocked to limit the ending position of the exercise movement.

WX1100 - Multi-Torso Station

Description
MEDLINE WX1100 helps strengthen the torso region in three planes of movement. The resistance arm and exercise range limiters are easily adjusted from the exercise position to increase training specifics. The adjustable foot platform and angled, adjustable seat put upper and lower body in an ideal training position. A seat belt and adjustable foot-roller stabilize thighs and lower legs during abdominal exercise. As the exercise is being performed, a muscle-specific cam automatically varies resistance to supply maximum target muscle group loading. Full-range extension, flexion and lateral flexion are easily accommodated.

Modular System

Description
The MEDLINE Modular Station provides maximum exercise space utilization, allowing simultaneous exercise to accommodate functional multi-joint as well as isolated joint movements, depending on the units selected. The popular quad arrangement can be selected for circuit-style training, or tandem units can be arranged in sequence. Users exercise in complete confidence, knowing that modular units incorporate the same biomechanical and safety design features found on all individual MEDLINE units. Consistent performance and reliability.

Bilateral Pulley System

Description
Any facility will find the Bilateral Pulley System a most versatile piece of equipment. The low starting resistance of one-half pound makes it ideal for clinical settings. Dual weight stacks up to 100 lbs can accommodate exercise requirements for more intense conditioning. The easily-adjusted pulleys and additional support bars provide maximum exercise safety while an extensive variety of attachments ensures that exercise selection is broad. All features are combined in a compact package requiring minimal floor space.
